Real estate investment and management company Elpekas offers innovative and sustainable solutions ranging from real estate property purchases, refurbishment and renovation projects, preparation and management of construction project design to execution of construction works and final realization of the project.
With a track record spanning over ten years, we have renovated and refurbished residential buildings, hotels and business centres in Klaipėda; we have designed and constructed new residential housing estates in Palanga and in the city and district of Klaipėda. We are currently expanding our business activities. We are looking forward to working with both public- and private-sector clients.

Real estate design projects
Our highly qualified architects and engineers develop project designs for buildings for avariety of uses: from residential homes to commercial properties.
- We conduct feasibility studies; we design and prepare technical plans and work plans for real estate projects.
- We provide territorial planning services: we develop territorial plans and manage all required paperwork and permits and offer intermediary services in dealing with these issues.
- Our services also include design and preparation of premises for modernisation projects.
- We are ready to join in at any stage of the construction process: from designing separate parts of a building to developing the final project visualisation. We also offer project management services.
Real estate project management
- Elpekas endeavours to provide its clients innovative real estate management solutions. Our experienced team of professionals is able to tackle construction projects from the initial concept to final construction closeout.
- Over the past few years, we have successfully completed Pakrantės Alėja I and Smilties Namai I projects. The second phase of these projects is currently under development.
- We develop project designs, schedule final project completion dates, plan and allocate construction budgets and represent the client’s interest throughout the project period.
- We take full responsibility for the quality of our work and ensure timely completion of projects. We also provide consulting services following the completion of the project.
